A Fall Friday up Big Cottonwood Canyon

It was just too nice of a day not to take a day off to head up the canyon before the weekend crowds. The trail was all mine with just the sound of the creek, the wind in the leaves and a few birds singing. I spent a while trying to ID a couple of mystery birds. One may have been a Clark's Nutcracker, the other some kind of warbler. Regardless, the views of the canyon and the leaves were spectacular.

My 378 attempt to blog. But this one is so simple to do and with an iPhone, I might just post more than once this time around. Oh, and I stole my profile image from the awesome Guy Francis, illustrator extraordinaire - http://www.guyfrancis.com
